Shipping and Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the processing, shipping, and returns of products and services purchased from Sculpted Serenity.

 

1. Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In the event of a delay in the shipment of your order, we will proactively contact you via email or phone.

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be accurately calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your specific location and the shipping method selected.

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.

    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days (additional fees may apply).

    • Local Pickup (if available): This option is complimentary. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

  • Tracking Orders: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active and update.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: Sculpted Serenity is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged while in transit. We advise you to contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve such issues. If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or contact your local post office for assistance.

 

2. Refund Policy

  • Returns: Due to the inherent nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is proven to be defective or damaged upon its arrival.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Should your item arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We require clear photos of both the product and its packaging to evaluate the issue. Upon assessment, we will determine eligibility for a replacement or store credit.

  • Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement. Once the order processing has commenced, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or changes.

  • Digital Products & Services: No refunds are available for downloadable products or services, which include, but are not limited to, consultations, memberships, and appointments, once they have been purchased.
