1. Appointments

• All services are by appointment only.

• Appointments can be conveniently scheduled online, via phone, or through our official booking platform.

• A valid credit or debit card is required to secure and hold your appointment.

 

2. Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be directly applied to your service total.

• The remaining balance for your service is due at the conclusion of your appointment.

 

3. Late Arrivals

• We kindly request that you arrive punctually for your scheduled appointment.

• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may, at our discretion, be asked to reschedule their appointment and will unfortunately forfeit their deposit.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or instances of no-shows, will result in a forfeited deposit and may incur an additional cancellation fee.

 

5. Mobile & In-Clinic Services

• Please note that some services are available as mobile appointments and must be booked at least 3 days in advance to allow for proper arrangements.

• Travel fees may apply for mobile services, the exact amount depending on your specific location.

 

6. Payment & Insurance

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for eligible services.

• While we do not directly accept insurance, we are happy to provide detailed documentation upon request, should you wish to submit a claim independently to your insurance provider.

 

7. Preparation

• Specific services may require advance preparation (e.g., refraining from lotions, fasting, or ensuring proper hydration). Please refer to your confirmation email for comprehensive pre-appointment instructions to ensure optimal results.
